I had a guest from the 🇬🇧UK today and cooked tempura, 2 easy side dishes and miso soup using dashi - Japanese fish broth from scratch. (I'm having a lot of British in my kitchen this days by the way. Way to go, British🇬🇧👏 !) I'm glad that she found all the dishes easy enough to replicate back home👍. The side dishes are really, REALLY, easy and yummy and are something even kids can make. So for her, I'm sure it's a piece of cake !!
