I had a private class with a family from Australia, parents and two beautiful girls, 9 & 11 years old, and we cooked up a storm ! They learned how to make sushi rolls, gyoza, ramen and 2 side dishes. Sushi rolls and gyoza are the two most time consuming menus and we cooked 3 hours straight ! By the time we finish cooking, we were all starving and we finished most of the dishes although there were A LOT on the table. Now we need to walk it off !
