Hello from cloudy Tokyo !
Many of my guests like the pots I use in TOKYO KITCHEN and I thought why not sharing. So here you are.
It's called "Juttoku pan 十得鍋" manufactured by Miyazaki Seisakusyo and all made in Japan.
You can save up space in your kitchen as the pots are stackable and the handle is detachable. It comes in 5 sizes, 14cm, 16cm, 18cm, 20cm and 22cm. There are lids to fit to the five sizes and also one convertible lid that fits to 16, 18, 20cm pots.
Not to mention, I like its simple and stylish design but it's not the only good thing about these pots. Juttoku 十得 means 10 advantages and as is clear from the name, there are 10 merits. Please check the website to know more about the pots !
Unfortunately, it's not available outside Japan but if you have a plan to come to Japan, you can find it at Keio department store at Shinjuku. I recommend you to check the stock before you go as Miyazaki Seisakusyo told me the stock is temporarily low.
