I had a guest who is Italian🇮🇹, living in the UK🇬🇧 and speaks perfect Japanese🇯🇵 today in my kitchen. This was the 4th and the last class with him and today he learned how to make Nizakana (simmered fish), Onigiri rice balls and two super easy side dishes. He knows a lot about Japanese food and teaching him was actually a challenge for me but he really liked all the dishes we cooked in the 4 classes. Yay ! I hope he will enjoy recreating dishes we cooked together in the last few weeks !
