I had a class with guests from Australia and the U.S. yesterday evening and we cooked 5 appetizers and onigiri rice balls to eat while we enjoy watching Sumida river fireworks festival. They were amazed to find out such a simple dishes can be so tasty ! The festival venue is right in front of the kitchen and we savored both the fireworks and the food very much. I can't wait to do this again next year !!! .
