Ramen and gyoza class with guests from Australia, the U.S. and Canada today ! It always impresses me to see how quick the guests improve their gyoza wrapping technique. The first one or two are little deformed but by the time they finish their sixth or seventh gyoza, they are like pro. And today's guests were not the exceptions ! Well done to all of them👏🏻! Aside from this, two of the guests told me they spent 10days to walk from Kyoto to Tokyo ! WALKED FROM KYOTO TO TOKYO 😳‼️Wow !
