Gluten free and vegetarian tempura class with guests from Australia today ! Two of the guests were in my kitchen last December to learn mosaic sushi rolls and this time they brought their sister and friends to do tempura. The side dishes are different from my regular ones and these are also gluten free and vegetarian. For those who has celiac disease, Japan is one of the most difficult country to travel because of soy sauce. So they were so happy to be back in my kitchen so that they know what's in the foods they are going to eat and also that they can replicate them back home.
