Nikujaga (braised beef and potatoes) class with guests from Australia today ! They are flying back late this afternoon and came to my kitchen to spend the time between the hotel checkout and their flight. Nikujaga is the dish we think of first when we say traditional Japanese HOME dish. It's easy to make yet very tasty and we all enjoyed our creations after the cooking session.
