I had katsu-curry (Japanese rice curry topped with pork cutlet) class with a guest from Australia.
It was a pity that we both had a cold but the hot dish (spicy hot and hot hot !) surely heated us up ;-)
Tonkatsu is just a deep died pork cutlet but you need to know several tips to make it properly. Now she knows all the secrets and she will be making it for her family, especially her husband who is in love with katsu-curry since he had it at a food court !
