Intensive class with a guest from Mexico today ! He is a big fan of Japanese food and specifically asked me for his favorite dishes. So I customized a class for him and today, we did Yakimeshi (Japanese fried rice), Tempura and Kushiage (little fries on skewers). As you can see, it was a feast but everything was perfectly delicious and we fished them all ! He is coming back for other menus within a few days and I can't wait to have him again in my kitchen to cook up a storm😋.
