Oyakodon (chicken and egg bowl) class with a guest from the UK today ! The class was a farewell gift from his colleague for him starting to work in Japan. He chose the main dish as he wanted to learn something he can replicate with ease, rather than fancy weekend meal. Great choice ! We had a lovely morning cooking and dining together !
