I had guests from 🇺🇸the U.S. today and they learnt how to make light and crispy tempura. The mother wasn't a big fan of tofu but she finished the tofu side dish we prepared😋 ! The topping does really good job and I've seen many of my guests start liking tofu after classes😘. I hope they will enjoy making it back home using different veggies and different seasonings😊. Apart from the class, it was ☔️raining on the way to the kitchen this morning. I had my umbrella but my guests didn't. When we were about half way to the kitchen, a man I've never met came to us and he just handed the umbrella he was using to my guests🌂😳 ! What a kind stranger👏👏👏 !
