It was COOK IT TOKYO with a guest from the US today !
We cooked vegetarian tempura, 2 easy-to-make side dishes, vegetarian soup stock and also miso soup using the soup stock together. It was a cold day today so hot and crispy tempura was a nice treat !
After finishing the meal, we went out to walk around Ueno/Ginza area stopping by some must-see spots to walk off the lunch. Autumn leaves are so beautiful now in Tokyo and we had such a good time :)
