Guests from Canada and Taiwan learnt how to cook tempura today.
They took the class at the early stage of their itinerary and it was good as they not only learnt how to cook Japanese meal but also how to eat. There are so many chopstick faux pas you would't know without learning !
Like other guests, they loved 2 side dishes very much. These are both so easy but so tasty and healthy :-) And of course, the tempura was lovely ;-)
