I had a class today with 3 guests from NY and we cooked nikujaga - braised beef and potatoes and 2 side dishes together.
The kids (12 and 10) are just gorgeous ! They were very keen to do a lot of hands-on and I could tell they have been helping their mom cooking from the way they use knives. And they were both remarkably well behaved :) Well done !!
Everything we cooked was delicious and we enjoyed chatting while we ate our creations.
