I had guests from the U.S. and Colombia (yes, the same guy from yesterday !) today and we cooked tempura together. It is another brutally hot day and the cooking class in a cool kitchen was really a nice way to stay away from the heat. I got a lot of good questions while we cook and that's why you see less shots of the process in the movie today😅. It looks like the ingredients just turned into dishes but that's not what happened ! We did chop, mix, and fry !
