6 guests from Australia, Canada and Italy came to my kitchen to learn how to make tempura today. They were surprised to find out how easy tempura making can be ! Today is the last full day in Japan for most of them and it was a bit too late for them to learn all the Japanese table manners but still they enjoyed learning it. Something they can use when they are in Japan next time 😉
