Guests from the U.S. and Colombia came to my kitchen to learn how to make Soborodon, rice bowl topped with pork and egg crumbles today. It's my most favorite among the dishes I teach but surprisingly, they were the very first group to do the dish ! I'm glad that they found it's easy enough to replicate and impress their friends back home😉. The guests from Colombia is staying with airbnb and his room happened to be in the same building ! But he wasn't aware the kitchen is right above him so he went out, walked around to meet me which he failed, and came back to the same building😂. What a small world !
