Ramen and gyoza class with guests from Australia, Canada and Italy today ! They learned how to make nice and moist gyoza filling using secret recipe and also how to hand-wrap it. They struggled a bit at first to shape gyoza but after trying several pieces, their gyoza looked pretty good ! They really liked the egg to top ramen which I prepared last night as it has to be left overnight. We didn't make it in the kitchen but they got the recipe so Im sure they will be enjoying it back home !
