Today's guest from Singapore came to my kitchen to learn how to make the Japanese dish she loves the most, Omurice. Omurice is ketchup rice wrapped with thinly cooked egg. So popular in Japan, especially among kids (no wonder, it's ketchup ! ). She used to have this at a restaurant in her neighborhood but it relocated to the area far from her. So here she is. Now she can cook it herself and no need to travel all the way to the restaurant !
