I had the biggest class I've ever had today ! 8 uni students and a professor from Los Angels came to my kitchen to learn mosaic sushi rolls. The kitchen was packed but thanks to their cooperation things went quite smooth. They really enjoyed making mosaic sushi rolls😊. My guests usually leave the kitchen after receiving a Japanese coaster I give as a souvenir but it was different today. They asked me to write an autograph on the coaster😳 ! I though they were kidding at first but they weren't and I felt like I became one of those celebrity chefs like Giada or Jamie😜 !
