It was tempura class with cheerful ladies from Australia today.
One of the side dishes was spinach dressed with sesame sauce and just like other guests, they loved it. The dish tastes very good but the best part of it I think is, it is incredibly easy even for foreigners to make with easy-to-get ingredients !
They are absolute quick leaners and tempura they cooked under my instruction was gorgeous ! Crispy outside and nice and soft inside. Yum !!
