It was another ramen and gyoza class today with guests from Argentina ! They are traveling a year, three months in Africa and nine months (!) in Asia and Japan is their first destination in Asia after Africa. They flew into Japan yesterday and they were soooo happy that they did the class at the very beginning of their stay in Japan. They now know the basics of Japanese food, table manners and even yummy places around the kitchen. I'm sure they will have a blast !
