It was a sushi roll class today with a guest from Indonesia.
Sushi rolls requires a lot of steps, but each step is not so difficult and I think she did great as her first attempt !
We also made 2 easy-to-cook side dishes. I always try to teach something that my guests can cook easily within a reasonable time frame in their own kitchen back home, something that doesn't make them feel full just by reading recipe. And the 2 side dishes definitely fall to the category.
