Mosaic sushi roll class with a nice gentleman from HK today ! We had a great time making those beauties. He is quite good at assembling the rolls and it was hard to believe it was the very first time for him to make any Japanese food ! After the class, he told me the class covered pretty much everything he intended to learn such as the basic of Japanese seasoning and proper sushi rice making. Well done to myself 👍🏻!
