I had a tempura class with guests from the US and Hong Kong today.
They liked the intro part, brief explanation about Japanese food and Japanese seasonings, just like my other guests did. Ordinary things to Japanese are extraordinary for foreign people !
All the dishes we cooked were great and I am sure they will recreate those back home :)
