It was tempura class with a guest from Australia today.
She told me that she cooks various dishes including Japanese food for her family almost everyday so at first I wasn't really sure if my class is good enough for her. But at the end of the class, she said she realized she was doing many things wrong and she was happy that she took my class and learnt the basics ! Phew, mission completed !! Now she is able to make light and crispy tempura :-)
