Private ramen and gyoza class with a family and their friend from US today. I'm always impressed how my guests get better and better when they wrap gyoza. The first one usually doesn't look pretty but they improve as they work on and the last one looks great. This happened today too and their last piece out of six gyoza looked wonderful with beautiful pleats. Well done, everyone !
