Another intensive class with the guest I had the day before yesterday ! Today, we did ramen, gyoza and rice bowl topped with pork and egg called tanindon. He really liked both classes he participated and was so happy he could learn everything he wanted. Actually, he contacted several cooking classes and it seems I was the only one who could customize classes for him. So happy that I could contribute to make highlight of his trip to Japan !
