I had this lovely lady from NY🍎 in my kitchen today and we cooked nikujaga together. Nikujaga - braised beef and potatoes - is the most classic Japanese home dish. When we say "home dish", this is the one that comes to our mind first. Being able to cook this dish right is considered as a sort of license for a good wife or a good home chef😉. Congrats to her👏🎉, she is now qualified home chef 😄 !
