It was tempura class with a guest from the U.S. Today😄. He is joining another class with his friends next week so I saved the regular side dishes for the next class and did something else today😊. The two side dishes are very easy to cook and also arrange-able using other ingredients. I hope he will enjoy making them back home, maybe using some other veggies.
