Mosaic sushi roll class with guests from Australia and Germany today😊 ! Asakusa was very crowded today😳 due to the Sanja Matsuri festival🏮 and I was a bit worried if they could 👀find me but they found me without any problem👏 and the class started just as planned👍. Just like my other guests in the past did, it seemed they enjoyed the intro part in which I explain briefly about Japanese food, seasonings and table manner, especially the chopstick faux pas. The cooking session🔪 was fun too and we all sat down to enjoyed the feast we've created at the end of the class😋. I gave them some tips about what to eat in Japan and I think they are trying some during their stay in Japan🇯🇵. I hope they will enjoy !
