Another intensive class with a guest from Indonesia today.
We cooked oyakodon- rice bowl topped with chicken and egg, and tonkatsu - pork cutlet. The guest today was too shy to be in the movie so it's only me this time.
She told me she doesn't cook at all at home and she is a total beginner but after all, she did great job and all we cooked were just perfect and delicious ! It was way too big meal for ladies like us (hehe !) but our dishes were completely clean when we finish...
