It was an intensive class with guests from Indonesia and we cooked three main dishes, gyudon - rice bowl topped with beef, chicken chasyu and pork chasyu (slices of meat often put on ramen).
They were very effective and also eager to learn and we finished just within the scheduled time even though we cooked 3 main dishes. They told me it's usually 5 meals per day in Indonesia and the portion of each meal is rather small and they are not used to the big meal like the one we had today. But they almost finished the feast ! I am very happy that they liked the dishes :-)
Thank you for joining the class today and also for the delicious souvenir ! I really enjoyed having you in my kitchen :-)
