I had a karaage - Japanese deep fried chicken class with guests from the UK and the US today.
I try to avoid fried food and I barely eat it at home. So doing it in the kitchen is a very good excuse to eat them without any guilty feeling ;-) ! Thank you for choosing Karaage for the main dish !
We had great time cooking and eating crispy fried chicken. Unlike western fried chicken which you add seasonings to flour, we marinate chicken before dusting it so it's nice and moist inside. Yum ;-)
