I had guests from Slovakia and the U.S. yesterday and they learnt how to make Oyakodon, rice bowl topped with chicken and eggs, very popular Japanese home dish. We had so much fun cooking and chatting ! They really liked the hearty and well balanced dish and also easy-to-replicate side dishes and told me these will be definitely one of the options of their home party menu. I'm sure their guests will like them a lot !
