Another okonomiyaki class with guests from the U.S. and France today ! The guests from the U.S. had okonomiyaki when they were in Japan last time and it was at the top of their to-eat list this time. Well, they managed to cook it not just to eat it and now they can replicate it back home 👍! The guest from France learnt tempura yesterday and came back for something not too Japanesey this time. We all had a wonderful time cooking, eating and chatting😊🍴
