It was a private class with a parents and their two daughters from the U.S. today. They came to my kitchen to learn how to make ramen, gyoza, tempura, sukiyaki and two easy side dishes so that they can cook their own meals at air bnb they are staying. It was good that they came to the kitchen at the beginning of their stay in Japan as they also learnt Japanese table manners including chop stick etiquette that they would have never known without joining the class !
I had a wonderful time cooking and chatting with them. Oh I'm so full !!!!
