I had a guest from Australia today and taught her how to make mosaic sushi rolls including this flower one. It looks complicated but it's not that difficult once you know how it works. She learnt the secret of sushi rice making and I'm sure she won't struggle with soggy sushi rice paste when she replicate it back home😉.
