It was katsu-curry class with guests from the UK and Zambia.
They did great job and all the creations we cooked were just amazing. Before the class, I was thinking to have only half a portion because I gained a few kilos during New Year Holidays but the spicy smell of curry instantly beat my resolution and I ate one portion...
Thank you so much for joining the class today ! I really enjoyed cooking, eating and talking with you all. The chatting about bunny cafe, deliveries to Zambia and green tea were hilarious ! I hope our paths will cross again someday :-)
