The first class of the year was "all about tofu" with guests from the US and Australia. We cooked rice bowl topped with tofu teriyaki, 2 tofu side dishes and tofu miso soup using three different types of tofu. Everyone was amazed how easy it is to make delicious teriyaki and I'm sure they will be trying the dishes so many time back home 😉😋!
