It was tempura class with guests from the US today.
Before we get to the actual cooking, I always give brief explanation about Japanese food, Japanese seasoning and chopstick etiquette and they really like the briefing part just like my other guests did. They were very curious especially about Japanese table manner and I got many questions which I enjoyed to answer !
The tempura we cooked together was absolutely beautiful and we all enjoyed the delicious lunch :-) After the class, they headed to Kappabashi kitchen street to walk around and buy some kitchen tools used in the class. Nice way to walk off !
