I had two gents from the US and we cooked katsu curry together.
I am always amazed by how my guests are keen to learn and they weren't the exception ! A lot of questions and I enjoyed sharing my knowledge with them. We had to finish a little earlier as one of them needed to head to Narita Airport to catch the flight back to the US but I think they learned just as much as my other guests did :-)
