I had a family from Australia in my kitchen today and they learned how to make ramen, gyoza and spinach salad. They decided to join a cooking class because they wanted to do something that they can bring back from Japan and keep doing, not just to eat at restaurants which is one-off experience. Good decision 👍🏻! They now know how to make their favorite Japanese foods and can enjoy making and eating them years and years !
