It was mosaic sushi roll class with guests from Australia (and my son who had to come with me for a reason !).
This is their second visit to Japan and after doing all the typical sightseeing when they were here last time, they wanted to do something different and chose to do a cooking class with me. They told me they've tried sushi roll before and it was delicious, a little too thin though. In the class, they learned how to make beautiful mosaic sushi rolls and this time, they did really well and made not too thin, not too fat sushi rolls, well done !!
Thank you for joining the class ! I (and my son) had great time with you two :-) My son keeps talking about you, he said this and she did that ;-)
I hope to see you again next winter !
