It was an intensive course with guests from the US and we cooked tempura and sushi rolls.
The guests were too shy to be movie stars so no movie this time but here are some photos I took in the class. Look at the the dishes we created together ! Isn't it a feast ?
Tamagoyaki - Japanese egg roll we made for the core of the sushi rolls seemed to be a little tricky for them but they did great job and we all made beautifully rolled sushi ! And tempura was light and crispy (as always !) and we enjoyed cooking and eating the dishes.
