It was oyakodon - rice bowl topped with chicken and egg class with a guest from India today.
He told me he takes cooking classes whenever he travels and TOKYO KITCHEN was his choice for Japanese food !
Oyakodon is a very homey dish we often cook at home. Super flavorful by combining fish (dashi - Japanese soup stock) and meat (chicken) ;-) We had a great morning cooking and eating the savory dishes. I've never been to India but I now feel like I've been there as he taught me a lot about India. Such a energetic country !
