It was okonomiyaki class with 6 guests from Australia.
I had some trouble meeting up with one of the groups in the morning but other than that, we had a great morning. Okonomiyaki literary means "cook what you like" so you can use whatever topping you like. As usual, we did pork okonomiyaki and shrimp okonomiyaki and shared them so that we can taste both. I am so glad that the guests really liked not only the okonomiyaki but also two side dishes :-)
Thank you so much for joining the class today ! It was great having you in my kitchen. When you replicate the dishes back home, please send me some photos. I always enjoy seeing my recipe being alive far from my kitchen !
