The private intensive class with guests from the US today was a BLAST ! My class was recommended by two of their friends and they decided to come to my kitchen and learn mosaic sushi rolls, gyoza, Takikomigohan (Japanese paella), two side dishes and miso soup. We spent four hours chatting, cooking, laughing, another chatting and eating. So much fun !
