I had a guest from the UK and cooked mosaic sushi roll together.
On the way to the kitchen, she told me she's done several cooking courses and also went to Cordon Bleu so I was worried if there is anything she could learn in my kitchen. But after the class, she said she learnt a lot so phew ! well done to me !! During the class, lots of questions came out from her and I could tell she is very keen to know knew techniques.
We cooked tamagoyaki - Japanese egg omelet and her tamagoyaki was even better than mine, no wonder as she is experienced cook :-).
Thank you for joining the class and also for the cute souvenir ! My kids were fighting over it and holding it in turns in their palm to make dark to see it glows ;-)
